Minister of Worship
What do you do?
I serve as the Minister of Worship. I have a great passion for worship and music and enjoy bringing that love into the worship life at St. Andrew. I serve the congregation by crafting the worship experiences with God’s Word and musical and visual arts. I also oversee all of our worship ministries and equip members to use their talents and abilities to serve and glorify him.
How did you end up at St. Andrew?
I actually went to college to be a music teacher. I was assigned to a school right out of college and was a full time classroom teacher and music director for 8 years. During those years, God showed me through much prayer that I had a desire to serve in music and worship full time. The answer to that prayer came in July of 2013 when God brought me here to St. Andrew.
What is your theme Bible verse?
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39
